Technical field requirements for 1. projects
Modification of (I) Rubber and Plastic Materials and Research and Development of New Rubber and Plastic Materials
Based on synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene rubber, the comprehensive performance of existing rubber materials is improved through material modification; the development of high-strength rubber and plastic materials and the use of interactive polymerization, photopolymerization and other high-tech extended crystalline rubber and plastic materials; the development of environmentally friendly nitrile rubber products.
(II) Rubber Product Performance Testing Technology and New Equipment Development
Development of rubber V-belt fatigue testing technology, development of new energy recovery and energy-saving fatigue testing equipment; development of rubber products comprehensive performance testing equipment.
Production Automation Transformation of (III) Rubber and Plastic Enterprises
Carry out the design and application research and development of automatic control system for mixing, extrusion and vulcanization process, strengthen the application research of industrial robot in rubber processing production line, and carry out the industrialization research of reactive extrusion equipment/technology for PVC composite materials.
Research and development of new high performance rubber products in (IV)
Research and develop new products with high performance and high added value such as high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance and high corrosion resistance, and develop new self-healing polymer materials, high resilience and long life rubber/silicone rubber products, high temperature resistant solid tires, high performance green belts, high flame retardant conveyor belts, intelligent (chip) conveyor belts, enclosed conveyor belts, noise reduction and sound insulation plates, fuel-saving tires, high pulse rubber tubes, conductive shape memory rubber and other products.
Sustainable Development Technology of (V) Rubber Industry
Carry out research on comprehensive utilization technology of waste rubber resources, develop new application technology of heavy components extracted from cashew nut shell oil for rubber composite products (friction plates, solid tires, etc.) and treatment technology and process of waste gas generated in rubber production process; Research and promote new green vulcanization equipment, reduce the generation and leakage of pollutants in the vulcanization process, and develop corresponding complete sets of treatment equipment.
Other requirements and instructions for 2. project
The project declaration is divided into two stages, the first stage only needs to submit the "project declaration summary form", and the second stage needs to submit the feasibility report of the project study. Other requirements are as follows:
1. The proposed development project is mainly application-oriented, and the technology or process involved must be easy to transform/transfer and industrialization;
The independent intellectual property rights formed in the process of project research and development are owned by Taizhou Tianjun Technology Co., Ltd;
3. Priority funding for projects/technologies that have established cooperative relations with rubber/plastic enterprises in Sanmen County;
4. The project development cycle is generally one year;
5. Project funding amount: general project 5-200000, project 20-300000.
